Greetings, I thank those who know the subject for the support they give me, I made the purchase of a third-party app on the odoo page, I assumed that the installation would be internal and automatic, then I notice that I must take steps to import this module to my database data, I have an annual subscription directly with odoo, I don't know how to carry out this import to make it work, I have seen tutorials without success, I hope you can provide me with some knowledge, thank you.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Boekhouding
- Voorraad
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Can you please elaborate on your specific hosting method?
From your description it seems to me that you are using Odoo Online. With this hosting method it is not possible to use third party modules.

If your hosting method is Odoo online, you can't use custom modules but if you are using odoo.sh or on-promise server /Cloud VPS then you can add custom modules.
