I am using the module "Create Tasks on SO". Here is what this module does:
This module will automatically create a new task for each procurement order line (e.g. for sale order lines), if the corresponding product meets the following characteristics: Product Type = Service Procurement Method = Make to Order Procurement Method = Manufacture If on top of that a projet is specified on the product form (in the Procurement tab), then the new task will be created in that specific project.
This is an excellent module, and I can make good use out it's functionality; but there's one thing bothering me. The name the generated task will receive is made like this: "Order number + : + Product name". Example: SO101: Quick Intervention.
Once you have a few tasks, and in our case especially seeing we're selling the same products a lot; it will be hard to keep track of which task belongs to which client.
I am looking for a way to change the generated name. E.g. into "Order number + , + Client name + : + Product name".
This way it'd be easier to navigate through the task list, and get an idea about what each record represents; rather than having to go back to the SO list to verify each time.
Does anyone have an idea how I might best approach this feat?
