Hello guys

I recently tested the mobile app Awesome Timesheets for odoo (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.odoo.OdooTimesheets)

This app would be able to sync your timesheets that you enter in the app (by using start/stop and selecting the appropriate project. I configured this app to my browser but am unable to start recording timesheets as a message displays that 'the server I am connected to does not support timesheet synchronization and that I should contact an admin if I'd like to use this app'

I have been searching for documentation on this but with no luck.

Anyone here that could guide me into making my server 'timesheet-sync-compatible'?

1. The capability to synch timesheets is only available with a server running the Enterprise edition of Odoo version 9.0

See https://www.odoo.com/editions

2. Ensure "Synchronization with the external timesheet application" is installed, also called project_timesheet_synchro

3. You can verify that project_timesheet_synchro is installed by checking you can enter time via the web app, simulating the mobile experience, from Timesheets --> Time Tracking --> Timesheet App

Thanks for the clarification, Ray. We are still on v8 so the timesheet syncing will not be possible.
