currently I have an issue with my attendance records. All my Employees work 40hrs/week with flextime.

My employees are drivers of vans. These Cars track the time, my employees work and then I add them manually...

But as my avg working hours is 8hrs per day, only days with worked time >8hrs affect the overtime bucket. If they work less than 8hrs, nothing is be deducted from the overtime bucket. Instead the expected work time changes:

Can anybody help me configure Odoo, that e.g. on 24th Sept. 2024 9 mins gets deducted from the overtime bucket?
