Environment: Odoo running on a windows 7 machine.

Mail Campaign not using altered email template (Tried in Odoo 8 and Odoo 9)

Process causing problem:

  • Create new mail template under Settings, Email, Templates.

  • Save it.

  • Make a change to that template.

  • Save Change.

  • Use the template as part of a campaign. (Lead Automation, Campaigns, Create activity and set template to use.)

Result:

The campaign is sending out an email using the original template - not including the change that was made.

Has anyone else had this problem or know of a solution?

EDIT: This appears to be a translation problem. Going from English (US) to English (UK). Is this a known issue?
