I am using the online edition on my Mac.  I assumed the online version was the same no matter what computer you used to access it.  My friend just signed up for the online edition and she uses a Windows computer.  She was asking me some questions but her interface isn't identical to mine.


I thought the online version was always up to date and that was one of the features of the online version.  I am starting to wonder if she has a newer version that I do however.


What would cause the differences in our experiences?  Some examples:

When closing out a POS session mine says "Close Session" and hers says "Close Register".  On the barcode app Hers has a stock count button, mine only allows transfers and does not have a stock count button.  


It is all mostly small details but shouldn't the online versions be identical?  How can I find the online version numbers to know if perhaps we have different versions?


Both are Standard Enterprise plans.
