I have issue in settings allowing use of cash in / cash out feature for users. Please guide me how can I enable this features for users.

Have you grant access the user to role Billing or higher in accountant section?
To enable the Cash In/Out feature in Odoo 17, follow these steps:
Go to the 'Point of Sale' module.
Navigate to 'Configuration' and select 'Point of Sale'.
Open the POS session you want to configure and ensure 'Cash Control' is enabled.
Assign the necessary access rights to users under 'Settings' > 'Users & Companies' > 'Users'.

Hi,
Add the 'Accounting / Invoicing' or 'Accounting / Billing' User group to the user.
