Hi All,

I have a requirement to be able to generate Sales orders / invoices that are based on TASKS/Timesheets, but where each employee that has raised timesheets will be appear on the order as a seperate line with their hourly rate (as opposed to all consolidated into one single timesheet based sale order line with the same rate.

For example if we have a project "PROJECT X" and have a task within that Project called "TASK X".

If employee "TEST EMPLOYEE 1" has a hourly rate of $100 per hour and employee "TEST EMPLOYEE 2" has an hourly rate of $50 per hour.

If TEST EMPLOYEE 1 logged 10 hours of timesheets again TASK  X

and TEST EMPLOYEE 2 logged 5 hours of timesheets again TASK X

Then the related Sales Order should show 2 lines on the Sales order:

SO Line 1

Product = "SERVICE PRODUCT X",  QAUNTITY DELIVERED = 10, Unit Price = $100, SubTotal = $1000

SO Line 2

Product = "SERVICE PRODUCT X",  QAUNTITY DELIVERED = 5, Unit Price = $50, SubTotal = $250

Anybody have any experience that they can share on what would be the best way to achieve this and can this be done with out needing to do custom development?
