Is there a way to display 0 inventory on the report?
Why is it listed under the internal location if there is no inventory?

The above sample taken from odoo runbot.
As per my understanding, for example, another lot with the internal location filter is actually 0 quantity, so it's not showing.
However, if I remove the internal filter, I can see two entries.
So, my question is: Does the location report with the internal location filter show products even if the quantity is 0?
