Hi, can you kindly help me configure the incoming/outgoing mail server? I have a Google email address however managed by an organization; I enter "imap.gmail.com" then the email and password of my organization but an error message appears in which I read that the coupons are not recognized... thanks....

Please check the following

Enable third Party apps and service boolean.


After that you can configure outgoing and incoming mail server.


For creating leads/opportunity

Also in odoo, you need to click on the Fetch Now button in the configured incoming email server to get your incoming messages
