The server action has an Object, it links all the information from the record of that object which triggers the server action.(example, if the task is chosen, and task id 12 is triggering the server action, only those data of task id12 will be in action here).
Sender ID will be default as configured on outgoing email server. TO and CC can be specified on the server action.

Thanks for your reply, my outgoing email is setup i want to create a server action for leave management. As when leave is created in system a email notification should go to employee and his manager the following leave with start date and end date and leave type is created. it should take employee name and email id from system please help about this.
