Hello, I can not try odoo apps. When I fill the form and confirm it it does nothing. The same happens when I want to create database from my account. I am new user.

I tried it however it did not help. I used macOS + Safari/Chrome, iOS + Safari/Chrome. When I installed odoo app and tried to log in error 404 appeared. 

doesn't work for me . I tired everything incognito mode. Mac OS, Windows, android IOS. Wifi , mobile data, VPN......

How can we trust odoo with our business if they can't even manage such a basic problem

It's done. I used Google Chrome on iOS, incognito mode, turned off wi-fi.

The error is still there after so many months. But at least, they now have a few reasons why it may not work. Nevertheless, it is not satisfying not to be able to create a free trial database. How can customers trust that it works for them, if they already have issues creating a database?

Hello,

If you are using your private server then make sure, you didn't set the dbfilter inside your odoo config file.

I  made it. Iphone + Safari + Incognito Mode + Mobile Data

don't ask me why but it worked

Try with your phone (just the creation part).


I don't know exactly why this works but it does seem to be a solution for many people with this issue.
