How to use Attendance App to identify overtime?

It is very interesting for the companies to identify the overtime in order to evaluate the workforce productivity.

This solution is very easy to implement and does not require development effort. 

Follow these steps:


Go to APP Attendance 

--> Manage attendances

--> Remove the filter by default

--> If needed add filter per month or per week

--> Select all of them

--> Action

--> Export

--> Take the saved field I did for your (export "attendances report")

Note: Do not forget you need to mention on the employee form the working hours / week


Then you will have the following Table


Insert a Pivot table


Build your report


# Copy paste the pivot table in Value and add a column with the working hours / week

# Make the difference

# Add a conditional formatting and you can see which employee does overtime.
