I have got a bit of a complicated situation here. I will try to explain:
I am selling a service and after order confirmation, there is some additional information assigned to the customer such as id, activation date and status.
How can I do it in odoo? how I can save some additional information with relation to contact and show in the profile? Is there any app for it?
