default taxes at product in purchase or sale order are only aviable if i make a sale order or purchase order from main company. if i act as an user in an other company the default tax for the product is missing..

Hi,
You need to specify that each company has its own chart of account and also set the default tax in the company.
In v8 you could do this in Settings > Accounting
In v9 in Accounting > settings
Off course you could define a TAX on each products if you have the accountant access level
