I want to print the report directly from the preview screen without having to download the pdf, forum posts suggested a module named base_report_to_printer but i can't find this module in odoo v12. Does anyone know how to acheive this functinality in odoo v12?

If you access Odoo from an internet browser, just use the browser function for print. (test)
Thanks for the answer, I want to know whether we can achieve the functionality or not, if we can't then your answer would serve as a workaround but for now this is not what I'm looking for.

When i click on Download for 12 series it throws me an Error 404 not found error.
If you are using fire fox can you check if this option is turned off Settings > Privacy and Security > Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed
