Under the balance sheet report in accounting module,
Under bank and cash, when i open the list, bank is being displayed at the same level as outer level where as i want the bank to be displayed as a child under bank and cash accounts. How can i achieve this?
Another thing would be, as you can see the fold-able drop down arrow heads collide with the text, where and how can i rectify this styling ?

Goto Accounting Module->Configuration->Chart of account.
Now Click on Type and Select Bank and cash in Type.
Now You can have this

The accounts are already listed under the type 'Bank and Cash Accounts' and I'm marking them under the group Bank and yet the alignment is not properly shown.
I want the Bank as separate group and Cash as separate group under Bank and Cash Accounts. I have successfully grouped them but the problem is that i want the bank and cash sub groups to be tabbed inside bank and cash accounts instead of them displaying at the same level as they are displaying now.
