1. Configuration

  1. Make sure you have installed MRP and Quality on your database.
  2. Go to Quality > Quality Control > Control Points

    3. Create a Quality control points with the following configuration:

Products: select all the components that must be controled/weighted

Control per: Product, if you select operation the qc will be done on the final product and not on the component.

Type: Measure, by selecting this configuration "Device" will appear. Select your scale there.

1.Result

1. We are manufacturing a final product (FP), composed of COMP 1 & 2.

2.  Enter the quantity done via the tablet view or the 3 dots under the components tab.

3. Click on Quality check, odoo will connect to your scale/measurement tool via the IoT box.

If the measurement is right, then you can validate and continue with your process.

If the measurement is not right, you will get a warning message :

Once all the quality check are done, you will be able to close the MO.

If you use the tablet view, you will not be able to close the MO without the quality check. If you try to "Mark as done and close MO", an activity will be created to tell you you need to do the quality checks.
