You can go to https://www.odoo.com/my/databases and create 1 free app ( if you do a website you can snag 1 additional website-dependent app with it like e-commerce or blog ) 

Then you can do it at no cost.  Later you will need to configure your DNS to point to odoo servers and do some mapping on the back end ( https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/administration/maintain/domain_names.html#configure-your-existing-domain-name ). I recommend using CloudFlare for your DNS and Registrar if you don't already have one.  Otherwise GoDaddy as the Registrar and CloudFlare as the DNS works fine.
