How to give Portal access to customer that includes RFQs from customer's side?

Hello,
Odoo Version: 18
I want to give portal access to my customers for B2B business.

Customers can send me RFQs for my Products. I can review it and make changes in the RFQs if required and send them back.
For example, a Customer wants 10 chairs for 10 USD each. Then I can review that RFQ, change it to 15 USD each and send it.
Or
A Customer requested a quotation for 10 chairs. Then I can review that RFQ, fill it with 15 USD each and send it.

It is possible to make an RFQ from the website and after reviewing the quote you can again send it to the customer.
