How to export translation and import back translated values

Question

Hi all,
I'm having trouble understanding on how to export and import translations in OdooV13.
Steps that I have followed: d ebug mode > settings > translations > export translation in csv (for product module for example) but in the export file there are none of my created products, their description...
Can someone please help me on how to proceed? Thank you

Hello,
please follow below steps.
1.Change the preferences to the desired language.

2.In product template, export the 'name' field for all products(if its Arabic, Please export in excel format).
3.Add the translated values in excel or CSV sheet to the corresponding id.
4.Import the excel or CSV sheet.
Product names are translated easily.
