I have looked for the option to erase the user mail archived but I did not find it. Does someone know if this is possible?

Thanks for your answer. Does not exist an option in order that every user could erase his archived emails?
An archive is the companys history, for us it is important to know who did what. The user should not delete entries by himself, thats important for quality management.
For your second question, please use comments...it not a answer!
Go to Settings --> Technical --> Email --> Messages or/and Notifications, select and then More --> Delete
If you can't see that option, you probably need to turn on technical features for your account.
