Here is the scenario
I have purchased pipes from a vendor in units like 5,10 etc.
Now I am using this pipe as a BOM by cutting it let's say I am cutting 1 unit in 2cm,2cm,2cm 3 times after that some portion of that pipe also remains in my inventory
So how can I purchase these pipes in a unit, store them also in the unit but at the time of manufacturing use it as cut by cm ?
suggest you to use bom. buying pipe as a unit(1m) and selling as a kit or using manufacturing that use

That is correct, you would need to define as 2 products, 1 which is purchased and stored in units, while 2nd product with UOM as length.
As Mindaugas suggest a BOM/ manufacture operation to convert product 1 to product 2. You would also require to use by-product for tracking the left over (residual) length of pipe if that is tracked.
