I would like to know, how is possible to change the menu. I would like to delete the sub-menu "Opportunities".

I would create a customer module that replaces
<menuitem name="Opportunities" id="menu_crm_opportunities" parent="base.menu_sales" action="crm_case_category_act_oppor11" sequence="3" />
in crm/crm_lead_menu.xml with blank space.
