In Odoo v10, My Account menu under the login name is used to manage the portal
Hi Udit,
You can directly create portal group from Groups form. Users & menus attached to that group will be your portal user(s) and portal menu(s) respectively.
You can also invite your vendors/customers via email to join portal groups. For that go to vendors/customers view, select them & in action button you can see a wizard Portal Access Management.
