Hello,

To restrict a specific group of users to the posting of journal entries, you have to follow the below steps.

1. Create a group Allow to post the journal entries.
2. Assign the users to this group who will be able to post the journal entries.
3. Assign that group to the post button of the journal entry. 

So, only Allow to post the journal entries group user will be shown the post button.
