Somehow, I not only saved, but defaulted and shared a filter in sales orders. How do I delete this?

Concerning custom default filters, you can do this in two ways.
If you want to manage the filters from the screen they are appearing:
- Activate the developer mode (see here: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/how-can-i-activate-the-developer-mode-83 ).
- Choose "Manage filters" from the debug dropdown.
If you want to manage all filters from all screens:
- Navigate to Settings >> Technical >> User Interface >> User Defined Filters.
- Use the list to locate the filter you want and click it to open and modify.
Concerning system default filters (eg. the "My" filter in sale orders), you should:
- Activate the developer mode (see here: https://www.odoo.com/forum/help-1/question/how-can-i-activate-the-developer-mode-83 ).
- Choose "Edit Action" from the debug dropdown.
- Replace the content of the field "Context Value" by empty curly braces {}
1) click on the menu dropdown at filter (arrow down symbol)
2) find the save/default filters below [ Custom Filters ]
3) move the mouse to the fileter you will notice [ x ] , click on it to remove.
4) Repeat untill all unwanted filters are remove, sometime it can be blank but by moving your mouse around the area you will notice the [x]
