i have migrated the my database using https://upgrade.odoo.com/.now the database is in test database, is there any way to change this test database to production database

Hi,
If you just need to remove the test label showing in the Home screen, i believe there is a view, you can just deactivate that view.
The better solution is to Migrate again and during the migration mark the migration type as Production.
