We did a physical print mailing to existing customers. Addresses we downloaded from odoo. From our postal partner we received a file with corrected addresses (Street, ZIP and city) for some of these partners, because the have moved houses without notifying us.
How can I upload these changes withoug having the ID field for those specific customers, only their names?
I did the download of the template. I'm using Version 15

Possibly unhelpful answer to an old question - I would download the customer list again with the External ID and then use VLOOKUP in Excel to get the updated addresses.
