I don't think this is included in Manufacturing.   There are som settings on operation in the routing, but not to have them in paralell.

You should anyway consider to organize production in multilevel:  The first two operations deliver stockable products that is components in the last operation. Multilevel got many advantages: Gives much better planning, more flexible operation and better control both on the actual progress and financial status.
