If you need to know the technical name of a field, just activate the developer mode and hover the mouse on the field, in the pop up you will get the technical name of the field.
Here in the above screen shot the technical name of the field Job Position is function .
Similarly you can get the technical name by hovering the mouse in the developer mode.
