The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:
- deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it
- creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set
[object with reference: Quants - stock.quant]
You need to first unlink serial number from stock quant and stock move if that is linked to any record from database, then you can delete it.

Hi Soha: Please provide more information about what you are trying to do when you get this error.
It reference to a quant. So you have posted to stock with this number. Then cannot be deleted.
Normally just correction of stock clean it up.
