I'm using Odoo version 17, enterprise edition.

I've installed Payment Methods.


I can't however add a Payment Provider. I saw a related thread with instructions to check user access rights for Payment. However there is nothing on the User page about Payment, so I can't check/allow any access rights (I did see Access Rights under Settings -> Technical -> Security and everything with payment is checked)

The 2nd comment said to check logs to see installation. What logs? I go to Settings -> Technical -> Logging and there are no logs and it looks like a screen to manually create logs. Is there someplace else that would have logs?


In other words, I'm lost! Help please.
