I'm running Odoo 9 on Ubuntu on Digital Ocean.  I have my mail server hosting with Namecheap.

I've configured my Incoming/Outgoing mail servers with those of Namecheap, which apparently allow up to 100 email checks per hour. 

Fetchmail service  set to 15 minute intervals. (4 times an hour)
Email queue manager set to 1 minute intervals. (60 times an hour)

Apparently Odoo is checking more than 100 times/hour because Namecheap continually blocks my IP after more than 100 attempts.  Is there any thing else that could be checking/sending emails on behalf of Odoo other than these two settings above?

Is there something that I'm missing from my configuration that could be causing more than 100 email checks per hour? or sending/forwarding more than 200 emails per hour?
 
Where can I see a log of the email activity?

Email activities are part of the regular Odoo log. Please check the log to identify the true issue.
