Hi,
I have a got this error message when clicking my name in "related employee" from user profile. I do not understand what this error means. Please help how to solve this error.

Apenas com as informacoes passadas acima fica um pouco dificil identificar a raiz do problema. Tentei criar uma instancia na v14, instalar o app employee com a demo data mas nao encontrei nenhum erro. Seria possivel me passar mais informacoes ? quais apps estao instalados, configuracoes relativas ao app employee e gerais da db ...
Idealmente ainda, caso voce esteja disposto, seria possivel compartilhar uma dump da sua base de dados comigo para que eu tenha todos esses e mais alguns detalhes e possa investigar mais afundo ? Se for possivel, encaminhe ao meu email lrfd@odoo.com

I created a db on v14 and tried to reproduce your issue using only the employee app and demo data, but I could not. Could you provide me with more information like other installed apps, any configuration you set prior to the issue, and if you are using demo data ?
Furthermore, it would be very useful to have a dump of your database to investigate the issue. In case you are willing to share it, you could send it to my email lrfd@odoo.com
