Hi all,

We are having an issue where whenever someone logs an internal note against an invoice, a SO, etc all followers of the documents are receiving an email notification, including customers.

In our older v11 this never happened. Can someone advise what setting we need to change in order for this not to occur?

Go to email template > Tab "Email Configuration" 
      Clear the boolean field "Default recipients"
