I’m working on configuring email automation in Odoo for different recruitment stages. By default, Odoo automatically sends an email using the selected template when an applicant card enters a specific stage.

However, I would like to customize this process so that instead of automatically sending the email, a modal pops up, asking for confirmation before sending the email.

I would appreciate any advice, code snippets, or pointers on the best approach to achieve this in Odoo.
