I don't think that is easily done. You are pointing to the breadcrumb functionality. This can be set for every breadcrumb functionality in 1 go. You will find this in the addon web, location:
/web/static/src/js/views.js
I have never modified it myself before, so I'm afraid I can't help you with that part.

Yes, this would be for all of the functionality. That is where the difficult part comes in. If you know a lot about JS then you can probably add your own exception based on the model you are in, but I don't have that experience.
