I'm implementing Odoo 16 for my school and my concern is that I want to have my students as assignees in order to have their name on the Gantt View, but when I want to choose one assignee (or more), Odoo pushes me create new contacts on the fly, instead of using my contact list. By the way, my contact list appears when I set the "customer" field, but I don't really need that as the name of the customer doesn't appear in the Gantt View.
Any idea how to solve the problem?
