is it possible to create a link to another document in Chatter? The system itself does this for an invoice, for example, by inserting the original SO there. Also in other places there are such automatically created links, which are clickable, to other processes.

It is possible to paste hyperlinks in the chatter. To get the formatting options open editor in new window by clicking the arrow icon at the bottom right of the log note field
