I'm a newbie i created my website yesterday and paid a monthly subscription. i dont now how but i cant log in to my account to conitnue editing and also have a new domain name.

Why is it saying I don't have any dB created whilst I have a website that's running. The log in to my account isn't working even when the passwords is right and when I try resetting I can't seem to get the email to reset. I wish there was a way to send screenshot. My website is running but I can't log in in either user's accounts

If you have logged into odoo.com account or if you know the credentials you added for odoo.com account, log into the account and navigate to My Database page, you will see the created db there.
Here is the link: https://www.odoo.com/my/databases
If you are able to see the db in above page, connect to db using the connect button, if still not able to find, raise a ticket at: https://www.odoo.com/help
