Hello,

recently I've started working with Odoo (Odoo 11 on Windows 10), and while I've been working with custom and third-party modules, I've encountered a problem. 

The modules weren't appearing in the server, and I've come across the fact that when I boot the server, the logs show me that the addon path used for the custom folders has been lower cased, while the original addons path remains the same, capitalized when needed.

It doesn't make any sense to me, as I've written the paths correctly on the .conf file. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
