Hi,
Click on the edit button on the website, and from the customization part of the navbar, you can see the mobile menu option. Change it to the same as the desktop. Now you can see the cart button is added to the navbar.

thanks for your answer, I had already tested this option, but with the Menu configured as "Same as Desktop" the menu is very wide, it would have to be used with the mobile device "horizontally" which most users are not willing / used to doing and is not an accetable solution.
I was trying to do the same thing and couldnt find an easy way to do it but I did figure out a workaround that you might find useful.
1. first you have to have the "call to action" activated. This is the Contact Us button.
2. Edit the Contact Us button and add an image of a shopping cart and change the text to read Cart (or whatever you want to call it)
3. Edit the link of that button from Contact Us to the Cart... I couldnt find the Cart in the drop down options but instead opened the cart and copied the URL and pasted it in and it seems to work.
4. You now have a "Cart" tab that is visible in the mobile view. Obviously, you no longer have a Contact Us button on the header. I simply added Contact Us as a menu item to solve that issue.
