In my localhost, when I assign activity to the other user, in the user's screen activity count increases live.
Same in my live odoo server when I do the same but the activity count does not increase when I click on the watch icon from the assigned user's screen that time count increases
why is this happening?
I tried to change the conf file long pooling also but not working
