Access error on register payment: You are not allowed to modify 'View' (ir.ui.view) records.

Question

Since the beginning of the week (December, 06, 2021), I have an access error when I click on "register payment" button on the invoice.

Here the error message:
You are not allowed to modify 'View' (ir.ui.view) records.
This operation is allowed for the following groups:
- Administration/Settings
Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.

Is there an Odoo minor update and how to fix it ?

I got an answer.
It was a fix from Odoo that caused the bug, it's the 'invoicing' module from October version.
Here the 2 solution possible to correct that:
- Update the 'accounting' module to recent version
or
- Click on register payment as "administrator" then close the popup. Now users will no longer have the problem

Hi Loic Chenon,
Are you trying to "Register Payment" with admin login or any other login?
If it is with any other login, make sure that the user has Proper access rights assigned related to Accounting module (Billing Administrator).
