Access Error

You are not allowed to modify 'Sales Team' (crm.team) records. No group currently allows this operation. Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.

 
This happened when I was trying to create new groups for Sales Team. Not able to access users as well. The below error is also shown :
UncaughtPromiseError > OwlError

Uncaught Promise > The following error occurred in onWillStart: ""res.users"."in_group_16" field is undefined."

 
Also the SALES menu which usually comes near Reporting has disappeared as well. How do I get it back?
