I designed survey form been used for appraisal and when user start filling the form and want to move to the next page it shows this error
"A problem has occured Something went wrong while contacting survey server. Your answers have probably not been recorded. Try refreshing. "
And when the page is refreshed or user logged out and logged in back, the problem is not solved, kindly assist if you have solved similar problem.

When clicking "Submit survey" button with filled all correct answers, this message appears to me. Could anyone explain why this ajaxForm error is happening while post request?

I encounter same issue, I think this shows up when the survey question is too many per page. so you might need to move other question to other pages.
