500 - Internal Server error while loading localhost:8069

Question

Hello Odoo Community,

I am a learner, in Odoo, I have installed PostgreSQL, Python, PyCharm, Odoo from GitHub.
I have Set-up conf file, and setup configuration file path in PyCharm, when I run the .conf file, it did not throw any errors.
Why am I getting 500 "Internal Server Error" ?
I checked the ports 8069 and 5432 status using "netstat -an", both the ports are listening.

What am I missing? I got stuck from the first time I am trying to load localhost.

I uninstalled everything and reinstalled to setup and configure and After I have updated VS C++ Build tools along with Windows 10 SDK, it worked.

Please verify the xmlrpc_port that you provided is correct.
Please go through our installation blog and verify the steps of installation and the odoo conf file configuration
