How to remove/manage automatic probability ?

Hello,
In Odoo v15, is there any way to completly get rid of the automatic probability calculation by Odoo for the CRM's opportunities ? Or to manage how it is calculated for real (I mean the option to set field inside settings is really not what I am looking for)

Hi,
It's into the basic configuration of the CRM app.
You can disable predictive probability or "update probabilities".
