Configuring incoming mail server in free version of odoo V17

Question

I would like to configure our incoming mail server on the free online version of odoo V17 in the CRM module.  In the documentation it says to enable developer version and configure in the Technical menu.  But I am not able to find that option in the Technical menu.  Kindly help.

go to Settings --> Technical --> Emails --> Incoming Mail Servers

CTRL+K and enter debug

Then CTRL+K and type in "incoming mail servers"
